Dearest Virtuosas, we are thrilled to finally announce our collaborative project for 2025!

Virtuosa Society and Carpe Diem Papers are collaborating on a yearly planner for creative women, organized by seasons to support natural productivity inspired by nature’s rhythms.

We believe creativity is cyclical—not linear—and that honoring this truth leads to more joy and less burnout. Our goal is to design a planner that feels like a breath of fresh air: beautifully illustrated, intentional, and inspiring.

Virtuosa Society x Carpe Diem Papers - Our seasonal planner is a love letter to nonlinear creativity working hand-in-hand with productivity. For women who want to work with nature’s rhythms. Not against them.

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to collaborate with us in designing the full layout and visual experience of this planner.

You’ll be responsible for:

Designing the complete layout for a 12-month, seasonally structured planner

Collaborating to integrate Mindy Carpenter’s artwork into a cohesive design system

Creating templates for monthly and weekly spreads, seasonal reflections, and creative prompts

Preparing files for print and/or digital publication

Working independently with feedback from the collab team

You might be a great fit if you…

Have experience designing books, magazines, or planners

Love thoughtful typography, editorial layout, and clean visual storytelling

Are comfortable working with existing brand aesthetics and illustration

Are inspired by creativity, wellness, and nature-driven productivity

Are fluent in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (or similar)

Text reads "Graphic Designer Opportunity: Virtuosa Society x Carpe Diem Papers are creating a seasonal planner, and we're looking for a graphic designer to help bring it to life." Mindy Carpenter's nature inspired artwork is in a collage in the background.

A photo of Mindy Carpenter is on the right. She is smiling down at her handful of paint brushes as she holds a vintage typewriter. The right side of the image is a collage of her art, including flowers, butterflies, greenery, a bird, and still life.

Mindy Carpenter is the artist and founder of Carpe Diem Papers, a greeting card and lifestyle company that is based on her original paintings. “Nostalgic art meets vintage style” best describes her unique style, celebrating everyday charm and beauty.

Mindy loves painting, writing, wonderful stationery, the ocean, all things nautical, funny animals, travel, books, vintage treasures, pastries, cafes, and especially all these things at the same time, which is how Carpe Diem Papers was born.

Carpe Diem Papers offers you greeting cards and paper goods made with much love, a happy paintbrush, and lots of laughter in the background.
