Even as Summer days begin their graceful exit, Fall softens the transition with a vibrance of its own. Your garden has flourished since the Spring, and every leaf is worth celebrating because they are each a part of the growth you have fostered.
Of course, even the smallest steps are worth acknowledging – after all, it all began when your roots took their time to spread and become grounded, long before any eyes were laid upon their progress. Every personal and professional choice you have made in 2025 has ushered you closer to a bountiful harvest in the coming season. Picture us giving you a standing ovation!
Like any time of year, tidying up and breaking out the seasonal decor in your home always feels like a fresh start. Every season is unique in how it motivates us, and reflecting that motivation in our everyday lives is a small yet striking reminder of the power and potential we hold. This Fall, we encourage you to pay extra special attention to your table.
This is the place in your home, whether literal or metaphorical, that welcomes a gathering of warm company with freshly prepared food. Especially during the upcoming holiday season, it should be an inviting and safe space fit for cozy conversations as you indulge in the harvest you have nourished to fruition. Fall is not just a season of celebration, it is also the season of community. Even if our own garden did not yield what we initially expected, we gather to celebrate the bravery it takes to pursue it to fruition regardless as growth constantly beckons growth.

As you gather the blossoms and fruits from your metaphorical garden that are ripe for the picking, notice the spaces they fill. Which accomplishments stand out the most to you when they are all laid out on the table? Some of us fashion gals may call those a statement piece: the part of a whole that stands out on its own, yet still compliments each counterpart. These fruits always boast quality over quantity – the areas in your life that you have consistently tended to with a focus of self-love, and possibly the areas of growth that make you most proud of yourself.
Now notice what else you have laid out on the table – perhaps some fresh flowers, or even some scattered leaves. Each and every little thing you have harvested is a result of your dedication to becoming your best self. Even the most lush bouquet requires a filler, those parts of a whole that may not make their own statement, but instead gather together to finish the bigger picture, like a sprinkle of baby’s breath among a dozen roses.
As women, we are too often encouraged to save our self-celebration for when the ultimate goal has been completed – like getting that promotion or upgrading the house. What thrives within us, however, is our innate ability to be proud of every accomplishment. Sometimes that just means getting out of bed for the day, or running a brush through your hair. We have to remind ourselves that every step toward progress is as important as completing the goal.
These little celebrations, no matter how personal, are how we welcome more opportunities to learn and grow in our lives. You never know what kind of butterfly effect you can cause for your own self-actualization, so don’t ever hesitate to pat yourself on the back and take a moment to be proud at your (literal or metaphorical) table. As you enjoy creating your harvest arrangement, may you be filled with the satisfaction of success from every goal you have achieved this year, and every step you took along the way.
