As the flowers have grown accustomed to greeting the sun and our inner child frolics endlessly through the fields of her imagination, we welcome the invigorating month of August to rejuvenate determination for reaching our goals for the year. To cultivate is to nurture growth. Our aspirations began as seeds and have blossomed in the Summer sunshine, welcoming warmth and freedom as native ecosystems maintain balance for optimal growth. May we harness the power of the coming month to step into our well-earned confidence! And may we, as creative women, be constantly and lovingly reminded that our own cultivation can happen wherever we are on our journey to success.

This month we explored our personal connections with our inner child, exploring her world of play that hasn’t aged a day. She shared inspiration from “What if?” to “Try this!” in order to help us reach our goals for this seasonal cycle.
We stepped outside to play and share some loving movement with our bodies, tapped into our five senses to really explore how they help to ground us, and even revisited our vision boards through the eyes of our younger selves. The cycle of the seasons keeps us perpetually growing, while our own roots stay strong and intertwined with those of our inner child.
July was a beautiful and fun reminder that we can always look down at her with a smile, and take her hand to set off on a new adventure.

May this offering spark new dialogue and help reframe how we view our current moment. While mainstream media often echoes authoritarian narratives—reducing human lives to questions of legality, labor value, or economic impact within a capitalist and neo-colonial framework—this piece calls us to remember something deeper: how to live in right relationship with Mother Earth, with one another, and with the future generations yet to come. It is a call to plant seeds of sustainability, rooted in vision, reverence, and collective liberation. (source: @quincydavismusic)
